Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care in Cleveland, Ohio. The successful candidate will be eligible to float to various units such as J1-2, J33, and the ED, caring for the same patient population.

Schedule
Day and Night rotating shifts: 3 x 12 hours, 07:00 - 19:30 / 19:00 - 07:30. Shifts may vary to meet operational needs.
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical telemetry unit.
Monitor patient vitals and interpret ECG rhythms.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient management and treatment plans.
Administer medications and manage care plans.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
At least 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel assignments.
Active Ohio nursing license or Compact State license in hand at time of application.
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty.
