Opportunity to provide NICU patient care in a hospital setting
Responsibilities
Deliver coordinated nursing care for NICU patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
Monitor and assess neonates, respond to changes in condition, and document findings accurately
Administer medications and manage NICU equipment, including ventilators and monitors, with strict adherence to policy and protocol
Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent discretion to optimize patient outcomes
Communicate effectively with families, provide education as appropriate, and ensure continuity of care during shifts
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse license (state requirements to be verified during hiring)
NICU experience preferred; ability to work in a NICU setting
Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour rotations
Eligibility for travel assignment in the United States
