Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment, variable shifts depending on OR scheduling
Key Qualifications:
Active RN license in Michigan or compact state eligibility
Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an operating room setting
Current BLS and ACLS certification
Proficient in circulating and scrubbing roles preferred
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
Support surgeons and the surgical team by maintaining a sterile environment
Accurately document patient information and operative details
Monitor patient safety and advocate for quality outcomes
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal care delivery
Act as a resource to patients and their families regarding surgical care
