Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Milton, MA Agency: AMN Healthcare Pay: $2,358 to $2,479 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 10/27/2026 Travel Nurse Source is working with AMN Healthcare to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Milton, Massachusetts, 02186!Job Description & Requirements Registered Nurse - Telemetry - Travel - (Tele RN) Start Date: 10/27/2026 Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $ - $ MS/TELE travel nurse jobs at the facility in Milton, MA let you deliver care to patients with medical-surgical and telemetry needs in a supportive hospital environment. You will assess patient conditions, monitor telemetry, and document care using Epic electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
You must have an active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license, graduation from an accredited nursing school, and at least two years of recent acute medical-surgical and telemetry nursing experience. Current CPR and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Strong communication and adaptability skills are recommended.
