Job description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years Tele RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications
Active RN license
Minimum of one year recent Telemetry nursing experience
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and embrace cross-functional teamwork
Principal Responsibilities
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly recognizing changes and responding accordingly
Provide holistic nursing care to patients on the Telemetry unit
Coordinate and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and support staff
Conduct thorough patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor for side effects or complications
Educate patients and families on procedures, conditions, and discharge planning
