Job description
Emergency Department RNs at Incredible Health’s partner hospitals deliver rapid, compassionate care to diverse patients in fast-paced ED settings. You’ll triage, assess, and stabilize patients, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, timely care. RNs use strong critical thinking, clear communication, and thorough documentation in the EHR. You’ll help uphold high standards in quality, safety, and patient experience while supporting newer nurses and contributing to a collaborative, mission-driven environment that improves staffing and patient outcomes.
