nRequirements: NICU experience; 2+ years of hospital experience; BLS; ability to draw ABGs
nResponsibilities:
nnProvide specialized respiratory therapy care for NICU patients.n
Assist with procedures such as intubation, ABGs, nebulizer treatments, and use of ventilators.n
Ensure patient comfort and safety through high-quality respiratory support.n
Collaborate with medical teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.n
Maintain documentation and adhere to unit-specific protocols.
