Registered / Certified Respiratory Therapist (RRT / CRT) – Night Shift
Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 18:45 Shift Start Time (Early clock-in encouraged 18:38–18:45) | 36 Hours Per Week Weekend & On-Call Protocol: 2 weekends required every month (every-other-weekend equivalent; option to work all weekends available). No on-call required.
Assignment Duration: 12-Week Contract | 1 Open Position
Location Region: Jackson, Mississippi (MS)
Submission Hardstops (STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Experience Baseline (HARDSTOP): Minimum 3+ years of acute care hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required (HARDSTOP). Must have proven time management skills and ability to manage a demanding high-volume workload.
State Licensure (IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION): Active Mississippi RCP (Respiratory Care Practitioner) License (HARDSTOP).
Credentials & Certifications (IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION): Active NBRC RRT or CRT credential (HARDSTOP).
Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) certification (HARDSTOP).
Preferred Credentials: AHA ACLS and AHA PALS preferred.
