Job Requirements
n Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience preferredn
Current CRT or RRT credential requiredn
Active Pennsylvania Respiratory Therapist license requiredn
BLS certification from the American Heart Association requiredn
Strong patient assessment, clinical judgment, and treatment planning skillsn
Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospital settingn
Responsibilities
n Assess patients' respiratory care needs using clinical data, observations, and assessmentsn
Plan, organize, perform, and evaluate respiratory treatment modalitiesn
Provide inpatient respiratory therapy services in accordance with hospital standardsn
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to deliver safe, effective caren
Support positive patient and family experiences through professional communication and clinical caren
