Job Title: Respiratory Therapist
Job Summary
Deliver life-support, resuscitation, monitoring, and various medical-gas therapies.
Perform invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures for ICU and General Practice Unit patients .
Maintain clinical expertise across assigned business units.
Communicate with patients, physicians, coworkers, and other healthcare staff.
Document patient care accurately.
Supervise/direct/delegate to Respiratory Therapists, orients, externs, and students as assigned.
Complete accurate patient billing information.
Requirements
2 years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience .
Associate of Science degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapist program.
Bachelor's in Respiratory Therapy is preferred.
NBRC registration
Current Michigan Respiratory Therapist license
BLS certification
