Talent4Health is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Bakersfield, California.

36 hours per week
Shift: 12 hours, nights

✅ Requirements:
3+ years of Acute Care Respiratory Therapist experience REQUIRED
Valid, current California Respiratory Care Practitioner license
RRT credential with NBRC verification required
BLS, ACLS, PALS & NRP required
RQI Provider certification & competency required
Strong experience with mechanical ventilation and artificial airways
Arterial blood gas sampling and interpretation
Experience with pulmonary function testing, EKG and other cardiopulmonary diagnostics
Experience with ventilators, nebulizers, humidifiers, oxygen analyzers and other respiratory equipment
Ability to manage complex respiratory cases and respond to hospital-wide emergencies
Strong collaboration with physicians and nursing staff
Ability to train and serve as a clinical resource to other staff
