Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with an active Ohio license for an evening shift, 13-week travel assignment at an acute care facility in Ohio.
Details
Cardiopulmonary/Respiratory Therapy department
Evening shift hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
32 hours per week
Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
Uses Epic EMR and Pyxis medication dispensing system
Requirements
Active Ohio Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) license required (license required if applicable)
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required — CRT not accepted
Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on occasion
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity
Additional Information
Responsible for delivering respiratory therapy services as prescribed by provider order
Some exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, and chemicals is expected
Epic EMR experience is beneficial for this role
