Qualifications: Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
Current BLS certification (other advanced certifications are a plus)
Acute care experience preferred; new graduates with relevant clinical rotations considered
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and administer respiratory therapies to patients of all ages
Operate and maintain ventilators, oxygen equipment, and other respiratory devices
Monitor patient progress and document treatments accurately
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care providers to develop and adjust treatment plans
Provide patient and family education on respiratory care and equipment

$1,725 - $1,825/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
