Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential by the NBRC
Current state licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist
BLS/ACLS certification (PALS preferred)
Experience with adult and pediatric patient populations is a plus
Strong critical-thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities: Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed
Assess, monitor, and document patient response to interventions
Assist with mechanical ventilation and airway management
Educate patients and their families on respiratory care and equipment
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
