Schedule:
3x12-hour shifts per week
Qualifications: Active Wisconsin respiratory license
NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
BLS certification required
Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience
Primary Responsibilities: Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders
Operate and maintain mechanical ventilators and respiratory support devices
Evaluate patient responses and modify care plans accordingly
Document all respiratory interventions in patient medical records
Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to optimize patient outcomes
Provide patient and family education on treatments and respiratory therapies
