Job Description
Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment schedule (details provided upon interview)
Qualifications:
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
Valid respiratory therapy license in Michigan or eligibility for licensure
Previous clinical experience in respiratory therapy preferred
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and deliver prescribed therapy
Administer oxygen and aerosolized medications, and manage ventilators
Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop patient care plans
Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and equipment
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies
Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety
