Job Summary
nRespiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) Nights location in the designated healthcare facility. This position involves providing specialized respiratory therapy services in a hospital setting, focusing on pediatric patient care. The role requires the ability to work night shifts and includes responsibilities related to neonatal and pediatric respiratory procedures.
nJob Details
nnPosition Description: Responsible for delivering respiratory care services over a 12-week assignment. The role entails performing procedures on pediatric patients and ensuring compliance with unit-specific policies.
nRequired Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), a valid Tennessee state license, at least one year of hospital-based respiratory therapy experience, and a thorough understanding of pediatric respiratory procedures.
nSchedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, a minimum of 36 hours per week.
nAdditional Information: Skill in neonatal intensive care unit procedures is required. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in pediatric respiratory care and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
