Desired Qualifications:
Active license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Current certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
Recent clinical experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, ideally in acute care settings
Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Administer therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and airway management
Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary
Educate patients and families regarding respiratory care and treatment options
Maintain adherence to protocols, safety standards, and privacy regulations
