You will assist with diagnosing and treating lung and breathing conditions, manage respiratory equipment, and educate families about care plans. This role requires current CO license, NBRC, BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP Certifications.nnAurora, CO is filled with unique attractions and activities. Required Qualifications
Registered Respiratory Therapist, PICUnExperience: 3 yearsnTravel Experience: 1 assignment in Registered Respiratory TherapistnRT-COnCertifications: RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care(Copy needed); PALS-AHA(Copy needed); NRP-AHA(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy needed)nHolidays: Required to work Thanksgiving Holiday. (11/25, 11/26 & 11/27). MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK 2 OF THE 3 HOLIDAYS.nWeekends: 13 weekend shifts out of 26 ( Saturday or Sundays)nFloat: Anschutz & Network of Care (North or South)nNo Time Off Allowed: No more than 4 RTO dates during contract. Blackout Dates: first 2 weeks of contract, 9/13-9/19, 10/25-11/1, 11/22-11/28nSSN RequirednDOB RequirednReferences: 1 Reference in entire work historynnTravel Experience: Must have prior travel assignment experience
Education: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary
REQUIRED CLINICAL EXPERIENCE - MUST BE CLEARLY INDICATED IN WORK HISTORY FOR SUBMISSION:
• Minimum 3 years Pediatric ICU
• Minimum 3 years Neonatal ICU (Level 3 or 4)
• Minimum 1 years Pediatric ED
• Minimum 1 years Pediatric Level 1 Trauma
• Mininum 5 years of RRT experience
