Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
Recent acute care experience, including critical care settings
Proficient with ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and nebulization
Strong assessment, problem-solving, and communication skills
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred
Primary Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to a diverse inpatient population
Perform diagnostic evaluations and assess patient response to therapy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other allied professionals
Document interventions and progress accurately
Provide education to patients and families regarding respiratory therapies
Adhere to evidence-based protocols and safety standards

$2,422 - $2,650/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
