Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials required
Active state licensure (or eligibility)
BLS and ACLS certifications
Recent clinical experience as a respiratory therapist
Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities: Deliver advanced respiratory therapy modalities (including oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and airway care) to patients of all ages
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Conduct patient assessments, develop and adjust care plans, and accurately document treatments and progress
Educate patients and families on respiratory equipment, disease management, and best practices for recovery
