Essential Qualifications: Current Wisconsin respiratory license
Certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (NBRC RRT)
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate respiratory therapy interventions for diverse patient populations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans
Operate and maintain advanced respiratory equipment
Provide emergency airway management and support as needed
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with standards
