As part of a diverse, experienced group of therapists, you'll further your skills in critical and emergency care, mastering various ventilators, advanced respiratory procedures, and patient-care strategies. The exposure to different leadership styles and innovative practices will significantly broaden your clinical experience and strengthen your resume.
Schedule/Hours:
Three 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) per week
Rotating weekends
Responsibilities: Deliver respiratory therapy in all inpatient units, including two ICUs
Manage ventilators, BiPap, aerosol treatments, and advanced airway procedures
Float throughout hospital units as needed
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to enhance patient care
Utilize cutting-edge technology and EMRs (Meditech)
Maintain documentation to the highest standards with strong attention to detail
Qualifications: Current credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
Expertise in critical care and emergency settings
ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
Competency in ventilator/airway management and related procedures
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

$1,452 - $1,536/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
