Qualifications & Experience
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
Experience with advanced ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and patient assessments
Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Responsibilities Provide respiratory care and life support to patients in various clinical settings
Perform diagnostic procedures and monitor cardiopulmonary status
Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to manage therapeutic protocols
Educate patients and their families on respiratory treatments and home care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives
