Desired Qualifications:
Current credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
At least one year of recent experience as an RRT in a hospital or acute care setting
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
Key Responsibilities: Deliver respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians
Assess, monitor, and document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Respond to emergency situations, providing prompt respiratory interventions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver optimal patient care
Educate patients and families on respiratory health and home care when appropriate
