Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week travel assignment on a 7A-7P schedule requiring 2+ years of experience.
Details
Respiratory therapy department position
13-week assignment with 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Uses Meditech documentation system
Floating required as needed
Requirements
Active RRT license and certification required (license required if applicable)
Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required, with certifications not expiring within first 30 days of start
ACLS certification required
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required for staff caring for neonates
No employment gaps of 90+ days or more in the past 12 months
Additional Information
Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration; Canadian SSNs not accepted
Professional references required (2 for Florida and Missouri, 1 for all other states)
