Job Description
nWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty and is expected to provide high-quality respiratory care to patients.
Responsibilities
n Administer respiratory therapy treatments and perform diagnostic procedures.
Evaluate and assess patient needs and responses to therapy.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Educate patients and families regarding respiratory care techniques and equipment.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
n Qualifications
n Current Georgia Respiratory Therapist License (RRT).
Registered Respiratory Therapist certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the specialty.
Two professional references required.
n Schedule
nThe work schedule varies and is from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend.
Holiday Expectations
nCandidates must be available to work during major holidays, specifically:
n Two of the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day.
One minor holiday: The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
