Job Overview
nJoin a high-volume healthcare facility that includes multiple Intensive Care Units (ICUs), a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and a Burn Unit. Candidates should be prepared for a demanding workload and expected to demonstrate strong integrity and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
n Provide respiratory care procedures as prescribed.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition changes to the healthcare team.
Demonstrate competency in performing diagnostic tests and handling emergencies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
n Qualifications
n Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred.
Mississippi Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required.
Minimum of 3 years of acute care experience in a hospital setting.
n Work Schedule
n Shifts start at 0645; early clock-in is strongly encouraged but no earlier than 0638.
No on-call duties.
Work two weekends each month, with the option to work every weekend.
Mandatory availability to work all holidays from 11/22/2026 to 1/5/2027.
