Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Radius Requirement: Permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit
Facility Details:
255 licensed beds
No trauma designation
Not a teaching hospital
Chest Pain Center
Stroke Center
Adults only facility (may treat pediatrics in the ED; no L&D)
Average census: 225 patients/day
Charting System: EPIC
Equipment: Servo, Nitric Oxide, Volara, Airvo 2, Synclare
Scrubs: Royal Blue
Free parking in deck
Department culture described as small/family-oriented
Floating Requirements:
Must float per Region needs, within scope of practice — decline if not agreeable
Region 1 facilities: Cabarrus, University City, Stanly, Lake Norman, any Freestanding ED within Region, Central Division (CMC Main + Mercy + LCH)
Paid for travel time between facilities if floating mid-shift (remains on the clock)
