Join a leading healthcare provider as a Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in the Emergency Department (ER) in Portland, ME. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing critical care to patients in need.
Position Information:
n Role: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)n

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36n
Call Requirements: Yes, 2 hours for the oncoming shiftn
Years of Experience: 3+n
Float Requirements: Must float as RRT to NICU/PICU, acute care pediatrics, and ED, as well as adult acute and critical caren
Education & Certifications Required:
n BLS requiredn
ACLS preferredn
NRP for NICU RRT requiredn
Unit Information:
n Patient Ratios: Acute 1:25, Critical 1:8n
Equipment: Drager V500 and VN500, Hamilton T1 and C1, Respironics V30, V60, Trilogy line, Airvo, Vapothermn
EMR: EPICn
Hiring Profile:
n Must Have Skills/Experience: Tertiary, teaching hospital experience, Level 1 trauman
Preferred Skillset/Experience: NICU/PICU, Cardiothoracicn
Personality Fit: Flexible, team player, great communication skillsn
Dress Code:
n Scrub Color: Provided or flexiblen
While reasonable scheduling preferences may be considered, only approved requested time off (RTO) documented in the contract is guaranteed. The facility cannot guarantee additional schedule requests, specific shifts, weekends off, or time off outside of the approved contractual RTO.
