General Information
n Unit Staffing Description: The unit includes a Director, Manager, 1 Supervisor/Charge Therapist per shift, and regular staff.
Type of Equipment: High Flow Devices, 3100A, Bunnell, Servo’s, continuous nebulizers, Nitric Oxide, Heliox, and regular nebulizers.
Documentation System: Meditech
Floating Policy: May provide coverage for regular adult floors for nebulizer therapy, BIPAP, CPT, etc.

nRequested Skill Set
n Must Have: BLS
NRP
PALS
2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience
Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with previous Meditech experience will be given priority consideration.
Advanced Skills Needed: Current NICU/PICU experience.
n Responsibilities
nRespiratory Therapists provide treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory diseases utilizing advanced technologies, medication delivery, and more.

nRequired uniform: Light Gray (also known as Silver)

nThis unit is part of a tertiary care and teaching facility recognized as a Level 1 adult and pediatric trauma center and a Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center.
