Job description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a night shift travel assignment, requiring 2+ years of experience.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience required
RRT license required if applicable
Current BLS certification; non-AHA certifications accepted at submission but AHA certification must be completed before start
Driver's License required for consideration
2 professional references required
Responsibilities
Respiratory Therapy department at a hospital facility
Night shift schedule
Uses Epic EMR
Float policy requires floating within 25 miles between facilities as needed
Air pods, laptops, and cell phone usage are prohibited on the unit
RTO should be kept to a minimum, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for a 13-week contract, at manager's discretion
Local travelers are not eligible for renewals or extensions
Candidates residing within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility (Maine or New Hampshire residents) will be considered local with reduced bill rate
First-time travelers may be considered
