Job description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 2+ years of inpatient RRT experience for a night shift position at a 60-bed acute-care facility.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of inpatient RRT experience required
BCLS certification required
License required if applicable
Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
AHA certifications required
Active licensure required at time of consideration
Responsibilities
60-bed acute-care facility with a Level III trauma designation
Respiratory Therapy unit on the 1st floor
Patient ratio of 4 to 1
Uses GE, G5, T1, C1 vents, and V60 equipment
Meditech EHR system
Night shift schedule, 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM
Weekend work required every other weekend
No call requirements
No floating required
Work independently as part of a hardworking, self-sufficient care team
Must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
Cannot be employed elsewhere full-time
Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for the travel rate
Weekly orientation held on Mondays
