Travel Respiratory Therapist - Registered RT/RRT

Job description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) with 3-5+ years of ICU/ER experience for a night shift travel assignment.

Job Details

• Respiratory Therapy unit with 176 beds,

• Patient ratio of 45:1,

• Night shift, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM,

• No call requirements,

• No floating required,

• Block scheduling available upon request,

• Uses Cerner EMR,

Job Requirements

• CRT or RRT required (license required if applicable),

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required,

• 3-5+ years of experience in general respiratory care,

• ICU/ER experience required,

• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of start,

• No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months,

Additional Information

• Provide general respiratory care services to ICU and ER patients,

• Navy blue scrubs required,

• Holiday coverage required as part of RTO policy,

• RTO requests must be less than 1 week,

• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility,

• Local candidates will not be considered,

• Previous CHS perm staff employees are not eligible if employed within the past 2 years
