Job description
American Traveler is seeking a NICU Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night shift position requiring 2+ years of experience and NRP certification.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy
Active RRT license and certification required
License required if applicable
Current ACLS certification required
Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics, Advanced 9th Edition, required for staff caring for neonates
Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Responsibilities
Respiratory Therapy Unit within a NICU setting
Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Provide respiratory care services to neonatal patients in the NICU
50-mile radius rule applies; local candidates will not be considered
