Job description
The Registered Nurse (RN) at Solutions By Sanford provides individualized nursing care using assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. You will collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care for patients across all care phases.
Daily duties include patient assessment, triage, education, and coordination of care while maintaining competency within state standards.
