Description
American Traveler is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab RN with at least 1 year of recent Cath Lab acute care experience for a 13-week travel assignment requiring a Colorado or compact RN license.
Details
3-room Cardiac Catheterization and EP Lab, no interventional radiology or structural heart program
10 FT staff on the unit
Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Call required Monday through Friday and weekends, averaging 8-10 call days per month
Call team consists of 3 people (1 tech/2 RNs or 2 RNs/1 tech depending on staffing)
Uses Meditech and MacLab EMR systems
Performs coronary and peripheral angiograms, interventions, and device implants
Requirements
Active CO or compact RN license required
Minimum 1 year of current Cath Lab hospital acute care experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Electrophysiology experience preferred
Coronary and peripheral experience preferred
No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
US SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
Easy-going and flexible personality preferred, with willingness to take call
Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
