Job description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring a KY or compact license and MacLab experience.
Requirements
Active RN license (KY or compact) required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Associate's or higher nursing education required
MacLab experience preferred
Required skills include left and right heart catheterization, FFR, IVUS, and peripheral procedures
Responsibilities
Acute care hospital setting in the Cardiac Cath Lab department
Adult patient population with common diagnoses including STEMI, NSTEMI, and chest pain
Uses MacLab EHR system
Day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Call requirements include every 3rd weekday and every 3rd weekend
No floating required
Orientation held on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month
Scrub color requirement: navy or royal blue
Open-toed footwear not permitted
Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility
Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
