Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring an active CA RN license and EPIC EMR experience.
Details
Cath Lab unit within an acute care hospital setting
Uses EPIC EMR
Requirements
Active CA RN license required
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS)
BSN preferred
Acute care facility experience preferred
Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab experience required
Recent experience within the specialty in the last 3 months required
EPIC EMR experience required
Additional Information
Deliver coordinated nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes
Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to provide safe, healing, and humane care
Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
Delegate and coordinate duties among nursing staff and healthcare team members
Provide health education to patients, families, and treatment team members
All required vaccinations must be up to date as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions considered
Accepts local candidates at the same rate as travel candidates with no radius restriction
Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will not be considered
Candidates with any prior licensure action will not be considered

The $3,040 weekly pay shown in this posting, along with related figures, corresponds to the higher end of this range. Weekly travel pay includes tax-free stipends per IRS guidelines. Weekly local pay is fully taxable and therefore lower due to additional employer-paid taxes and related costs.
