GHR Healthcare seeks a travel nurse RN Cardiac Stepdown for a 13-week assignment in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. The role supports adult and geriatric patients in a high-acuity IMC/stepdown unit, with 12-hour day shifts, a 3x12 schedule, and a 36-hour guaranteed workweek.

You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, manage STEMI/NSTEMI, CHF, COPD, and other complex conditions, and float to related units as needed.
