Talented Medical Solutions seeks a Traveling RN Care Manager (Home Health) for a 16-week assignment in Simi Valley, CA. The role supports patients at home with comprehensive care planning and coordination. Travel and housing stipends are offered, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 40 hours per week.
