Job description
American Traveler is hiring an RN Case Manager with 5 years of RN experience and 3 years of case management experience for a hospital-based role covering inpatient units.
Requirements
Active IL RN license required
AHA certifications as required for the position
Minimum 5 years of RN experience required
Minimum 3 years of case management experience required
2 years of recent experience in the specialty required
In-hospital experience required
2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required
Responsibilities
Covers all inpatient units, ED holds, and overflow units
Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday,
10-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week
No weekends, major holidays, or call required
Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
Floating within scope to other like units may be required
Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility with no exceptions
Guaranteed hours do not apply when the unit is closed for a holiday
