Job description
American Traveler is hiring an RN Case Manager for a high-volume Emergency Department, requiring InterQual criteria expertise and at least 3 years of acute care case management experience.
Requirements
Active CA RN license required
BLS certification required
ACM, CCM, or RN-BC certification preferred
Minimum 3 years of case management experience in an acute care hospital inpatient setting required
Large hospital acute care experience required, academic medical center experience preferred
Previous hospital case management experience required
Strong background in utilization review and case management skills required
Responsibilities
RN Case Manager role in a high-volume Emergency Department
Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 7:30
Utilizes InterQual criteria for utilization review and case management
Focus on case management and utilization review for ED patients
Academic medical center setting preferred for candidate background
First-time travelers not specified for consideration
