TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management opportunity in Baltimore, MD. The role requires 1-2 years of recent case management experience and RN licensure with BLS.

You will advocate for patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with physicians and social workers to improve outcomes while controlling costs. As a Case Management Travel Nurse, you will assess patients, educate families, document records, and interface with insurance providers.
