Job description
American Traveler is seeking an RN Case Manager for an acute care hospital assignment in California. Requires a CA RN license and 2 years of case management with care coordination and discharge planning.
Must have hospital experience, Epic EMR familiarity, and travel experience. Position includes 1:20 staffing, day shift, weekends, and adherence to CMS guidelines. RTO limited; adherence to holiday commitments.
