Job description
Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Travel RN Case Manager for a 13-week onsite assignment in Ft Worth, TX. The role requires Day Shift coverage and includes travel-ready case coordination between RN and social work staff.
Must have BLS and acute care CM experience (minimum 1 year). Meditech and Careport experience are preferred, CCM certification is a plus for priority candidates.
