Talented Medical Solutions is seeking experienced inpatient Care Managers for four openings with daytime hours and no on-call. You will coordinate inpatient care, discharge planning, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage a high-volume caseload.
These full-time roles require CA RN licensure and RN Case Management certification, with the ability to work independently and start quickly. Start date is October 12, 2026, with Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu schedules.
