Job description
American Traveler is seeking a Case Management RN for a hospital setting in Louisiana. Must hold an active LA or Compact RN license and have case management experience, with MediTech EMR, Midas and InterQual capabilities.
Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, with rotating weekends and travel eligibility. The role includes patient care across units, a team of six case managers, and involvement in daily multidisciplinary rounds and discharge planning.
