What We Offer: Bring your Med/Surg nursing experience to Hilton Head Medical Center for a temporary, contract, full-time night assignment, with opportunities to support Med/Surg departments as staffing needs arise.

Additional scheduling expectations
Contract & Scheduling Details: Assignments range from 13–26 weeks. Nurses may be required to work every other weekend based on unit needs and are expected to work 50% of holidays occurring during their contract period.
What We're Looking For: Required
Current unrestricted RN license in the State of South Carolina
2+ years recent Med/Surg RN Experience
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
Preferred
TNCC preferred
Additional
Specialty certification and/or participation in professional nursing organizations encouraged
What You'll Do: Step into critical moments, using your Med/Surg nursing experience to assess patients, prioritize needs and deliver timely care.
Recognize changes in patient conditions and respond with the clinical judgment and confidence that come from working in Med/Surg care.
Use your clinical expertise to partner with a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate treatment and support patients through urgent and emergent situations.
Bring consistency and adaptability to your assignment, supporting our Hilton Head Med/Surg departments.
Be a steady presence for patients and families, delivering safe, compassionate care when they need it most.
