Job description
FlexStaff is seeking a Registered Nurse in New York for an age-specific plan of care, using nursing processes from assessment to evaluation. The role involves collaboration with physicians and the health team, directing care on the unit, and ensuring safety and quality outcomes.
The successful candidate will assess Physiologic and Psychosocial health, develop care plans, administer medications, and participate in discharge planning, with focus on patient education and family communication.
